Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Abobaker Mohammadi, trading as abobakerbuilds (“Faro”, “we”). By creating an account or requesting a booking you accept them. Please read the Privacy Policy too.
What Faro is
Faro is a booking-assistance service. It shows flight options and prices, and our staff buy the ticket for you from an airline or ticket seller after you accept a quote. We are not an airline. The ticket is a contract between you and the airline, and its fare rules apply.
Prices and quotes
- Prices shown in the app are estimates from search data. They are not an offer, and the seat may not be available at that price.
- After you request a booking, our staff check the current fare and send you a final quote, including our service fee. A quote is valid for the time shown. If it expires, you can ask for a new one.
- We buy the ticket only after you accept the quote and your wallet covers the amount. Accepting a quote sets that money aside until the ticket is issued or the booking fails.
- If we cannot buy the ticket at the quoted price, we will not charge you more and will release your money.
Your travellers and documents
- You must give each traveller's name exactly as in their passport, with correct dates and details. Errors can cost a change fee or the ticket, and you are responsible for them.
- You must upload a full, clear photo of each traveller's passport page, showing all four corners and the number. Only upload documents that belong to you or that you are allowed to use.
- You are responsible for passports, visas, transit rules, health requirements and arriving on time. Faro does not give visa or legal advice.
Wallet
- The wallet shows a USD balance used to pay for Faro bookings. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not insured.
- A deposit is credited only after we confirm the money reached us. A screenshot alone does not credit it. Use the unique reference we give you, and pay only into the account the app shows.
- Only use your own money. We may refuse or reverse deposits that look fraudulent, and we may ask for ID and a selfie before large amounts or after a forgotten PIN.
- Withdrawals go to an account you give us, after our staff check them. Fees charged by banks or transfer services may apply.
- Protect your PIN and phone. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it was compromised.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Before a ticket is issued you can cancel your request and your reserved money is released.
- After a ticket is issued, changes and refunds depend on the airline's rules and the seller's. We will request them for you, but cannot promise an outcome.
- A refund reaches your wallet only after the seller or airline has actually paid us. The refund can be reduced by airline penalties and by any refund processing fee we have set, and our service fee is not refunded unless we failed to deliver the ticket.
Rules of use
Do not use Faro for fraud, money laundering or other crime, give false information, use someone else's documents or money without permission, attack or overload the service, or try to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after returning any money that belongs to you.
Service and liability
We work to keep Faro available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations or schedule changes, missed connections, denied boarding, visa refusals, or for losses that are indirect or that we could not reasonably foresee. Our total responsibility for any one booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or intentional harm, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Closing your account
You can delete your account in the app once your wallet is empty and no booking is open. We keep the records our Privacy Policy says we must.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app before they apply to new bookings.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the competent courts of Türkiye, without taking away mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
